She likes to use the silk from bug-types to make new dresses/fashions. Her gym is very pastel and maybe the puzzle could involve something cute riding around in a big teacup or something. She would be slightly younger, and her dress has indications and similarities with some of our bug Pokemon.
I think this would add a bit of diversity to the current gym leaders we have and also add something sort of different then what has been done before in games. Not saying the other suggestions don't do that, just that it is sort of untouched so far. It would also be nice to have a more cute and simplistic style gym; akin to Erica, Whitney, and Gardenia. Something more fun and not so serious.
