>>57873809It's tanky. Also, it still has 150 base Special Attack backing Draco Meteor. Even if all it does is shit out sneaky pebbles and drop a Draco, that's still quite scary, especially since Fairy types fear the Flash Cannon.
On the other hand, it's slow, has no way of healing, doesn't have great coverage, has effectively no ability because they're both dogshit, and it has bad 4MSS since it has to run Stealth Rocks and Draco Meteor leaving it with just 2 slots left for Flash Cannon, Thunder Wave, Body Press, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Trick, and Trick Room.
