This is my team for the run, the only things I can catch are shinies. If I catch a shiny, I can release it in exchange for rolling a new pokemon with one of that pokemon's types.
Unbelievably stupid, but right as I was leaving Littleroot, I found a shiny Zigzagoon so I have 1 backup.
