Like I realize this post is probably a troll but just the possibility of it. I don't see why it wouldn't be possible and there are fake slabs floating around out there.
I also realize if the card was real and the slab were fake, it would be obvious if there was a big grading discrepancy. Like if you had a really shitty card in a slab that said "PSA 10", that would be an obvious giveaway.
But you probably could take a true PSA 7 and fool some people making it an 8 or 9.
