Started my Hoennmon-only Emerald hardcore Nuzlocke today, just beat Wattson and I did with no deaths, it was super nerve-wracking but so satisfying when your strategy actually pulls through.
Main strat was Mightyena with Thief and Attract, so I can steal Manectric's berry and immobilize it. The Voltorb did not boom and the Magneton never went for Supersonic, most of my team is packing Rock Smash so I just smashed it to death. Then Manectric was immobilized all but one turn and I killed it before eating the Sitrus Berry meaning I have an early free one now. Nice
And yes I did get the 1% Volbeat somehow.
