First, the "spike fins" start too far down its back. Fixing that will tie into the second thing, which is that the tail shape in the sprite is completely different than that of the art. Both the old sprite and the new sprite have the tail fin beginning right at the tip of the tail, when it actually starts further back and creates a larger, more full fin.
