You can choose to be any Pokémon you want, including evolutions and legendaries, and you get all of their moves (not just four) as well as one egg move of your choice (if applicable).
Here's the catch: In order to become that Pokémon, you must let a prime representative of that Pokémon's species beat the living hell out of you for five uninterrupted minutes. This savage asswhooping will not kill you, of course, but you must endure all five minutes in order to become the Pokémon of your choice. If you beg for mercy at any point, the beating ends... but so does your dreams of becoming a Pokémon. There is no second chance.
Remember, it would be a lot easier to suffer through a Cleffa wailing on you than it would a Groudon. So... who do you choose?
