>>39874462Reoccurring threads that work and are organic:
/pf/
/ef/
/ss/
/cat/
/ww/
Why do they work? Because they branch a wide topic within their general.
/pf/ has vulpine and vulpine likes, accounting for about 9-11 different topic types.
/ef/ has Eevee's, which is 9 different topic types, that combine as well.
So on and so forth.
Misty Mondays/Mawile Mondays aren't successful due to there being only one topic of discussion. It feels forced, and thus over time cannot warrant decent discussion to last reoccurring status. When you do so, it looks and feels forced. trying to copy that works, but clearly doesn't.
I'd say just make a /waifuwednesday/ since /woofwednesday/ has pretty much shuttered and keep waifufagging there, but you'll probably just take this as a personal attack and disregard the advice because you are reactionary.
Anyway, good luck I guess. Try to be organic rather than a forced copy.
