I'd like to slightly modify a Platinum game and while I've figured out which tools will let me do what I want to do, the one exception is editing a Mart or Vendor's inventory to sell every TM and certain other difficult-to-obtain items. Is there any 4th-gen hacking tool that could accomplish this? I haven't downloaded anything yet but no feature list or forum post I've seen mentions this ability.
