Well my idea solves two problems simultaneously, So get this we breed as much as we can... Hoenn has some ripe ladies after all! which will solves the declining birth rate problem and then when they inevitably die they become part of the earth and thus expand the land... It's a win win. And it's a slow process thus that dumb thug Archie will lose over the long term because of his lack of patience.
