am currently hatching for a shiny charmander via the Masuda Method, hopefully will be sometime around this century. Charizard is definately my favourite shiny.
Other than him my favourites would be Luxray, Arcanine, Ninetales, Scolipede, Houndoom, Mightyena and many others.
