Of course such measures are impossible without the programming skills and moot's permission, so I've come up with a solution to this problem so we can improve the quality in a safe, risk-free manner.
It's easy, just put a tripcode on whenever you post. Doing this informs everyone who you are, they'll put you down on a notepad your name/tripcode and record how you behave. Of course we'll shun any and all posts made by anons and hide their posts. This way we can encourage everyone to put a trip on.
Because let's face it, any anonymous poster is just another potential shitposter. Now who's with me?
