if we had less, we could Pokken tier models/textures/lighting/effects by now, and better iterations on pokemon of past. Pokemon is way behind just about every series.
I am not saying using the same old charizard....
Look at the 20th anniversary version of Omegamon here, way better than the original.
Think about it, we could had awesome versions of old pokemon that looked stupid, along with say 20 or so new lines each gen that actually contribute to everything.
