Finally got a Moon Stone in the Power Plant, so I evolved Thorn.
Decided that I was going to defeat all the legendary birds to add to the challenge. Zapdos was easy, but Articuno froze Pudding almost immediately which screwed me. Spade died in the battle.
Found a Growlithe, fishing at Cinnabar Island, at LV. 15. Levelled him up to 38 and added him to the team. Arcanine's are surprisingly bulky and can take both Physical and Special attacks fairly well, along with being a Physical attacker himself, he will be really helpful against Sabrina.
About to clear out the Pokemon Mansion now.
