Not my top bro, but it's the only one I could honestly see fighting in Smash.
>Jumping
Multiple jumps with it flapping its wings, and a glide if you hold the button, like winged characters did in brawl.
>B: Dragon Pulse
Holding down B makes it slow down and start charging purple/bluish energy inside its mouth. Letting go makes it release the attack with varying intensity, the weakest one being a tiny burst with barely any range, and the large one being the full on pulse, with half of the range of ROB's laser, but more power.
>Side-B: Echoed Voice
It screeches and lets loose a sound wave-esque projectile that increases in size and power every time it bounces against a wall or an oponent. I can bounce up to 3 times.
>Up-B: Tailwind
A quick animation of noivern calling on a gust of wind plays, and it simply resets its "jump" count.
OR
Acrobatics
It performs two quick dashes in any direction. Think of a combination of lucario's and pikachu's.
>Down-B: Draco meteor
It leaps into the air a set distance and then shoots purple flaming chunks of rock or energy balls downwards.
If in the air, it skips right to the launching part. You can slightly control the angle it shoots them at.
At first I considered this being the final smash but I don't want another PK Storm knockoff.
>Final Smash: Boomburst
Noivern starts inhaling and you're prompted to either mash a button ot hit it according to some sort of rythim.
Once its done charging the attack, it releases an initial shock wave that hits enemies with varying force depending on how close they are to noivern, and also gives them that stunned state that deku seeds inflict once they land.
I was also thinking that in addition to this, after the initial hit, the boomburst attack would continue to push them away, to make it harder for them to recover from the fall.
Grabbing onto a ledge cancels the stun. The initial hit can be dodged but the push still affects you afterwards.
