I couldn't remember at what level I used to stop for when doing the E4 in Gen 1 so I stopped at 58 which was probably too high.

>ChampionRoxo T-bolts Pidgeot, Gelb T-waves Alakazam and Headbutts it to death and Psychics the Rhydon. Gelb T-waves Gyarados, switching to Verde to finish it off after getting hit by a strong Hydro pump. Ao takes care of Arcanine, and Kasshoku Drill Pecks Venusaur for the win.
Definitely need to drop a few levels for Blue.
