>>14829190Super training is for early on in the game when you don't have access to Sweet Scent and Power Items or Pokerus. It's actually a viable option then when you don't have any of those despite what some people may say. (I myself do not have any of those things yet so I use Super Training)
Once you get all of those items mentioned though regular EV training with Hordes are a better way to get EV points. 50 EVs per horde vs. 12 per 3rd rank regiment or Large bag is an obvious choice to make.
As soon as I can obtain Sweet Scent, Pokerus and Power Items I will switch to regular EV training but until then I'm using Super Training.
