Design wise I was thinking that a centaur approach would be good, with them having a varied enough style to look like they belong in a group but don't look too similar (Conquest looks like it has a king theme going for it, War has a lot of bruises and such, Famine looks more bug like, and Death has a skeletal/ghost appearance), along with one of their arms being replaced with the object they are given in pic related with an emblem of their abdomen representing their theme
