Okay so i took PC as a base and edited up to the falkner battle. I'm not aiming for le kaizo crystal so i'm trying to make it challenging but fair

The changes i made were:
>Hoothoot can't get hypnosis as early as it did>A little more encounter variety>No geodude encounters before the gym>Higher level wild pokemon in most routes before the gym>Only caterpies in dark cave (I intend to not making it accesible before the gym)
