Cosmic makes no sense, as it refers to a location rather than an element. Space is nothing, and you cannot attack with it. As for things like cosmic rays, Psychic already overs it.
Light is the most viable of the three, but only when it refers to literal light (as Fairy already covers lightness in the holy/moral sense). With light being immaterial, it'd be very hard to make realistic moves based on the type.
Soap type, while it may sound stupid, is actually the best fake type of them all, as it has its own style of attacking (cleaning) and there's very little overlap with any other types. Good luck making a soap-themed Pokemon without it.
