So after getting my new recruits up to shape, I went through the whole team galactic HQ& sky pillar bit of plat (the worst part of the game imo). I dunked on Cyrus in his HQ but I wiped in the distortion world on my first try. I feel like distortion world Cyrus is one of if not THE hardest battles in platinum because he can punish you if you have any weaknesses in your team comp (in my case, no hard ice/dark-type counters).
I won with no losses on the second. True, that means I still failed my nuzlocke but fuck you training and evolving both evan & toki took the best part of a day and I want to get on with HG. Rolled over Volkner with minimum fuss.
Waiting for my honey tree to hopefully spit out a good bug-type. I feel like it would round out my team (after adding floatzel) and I don't want to have to use combee.
