>>37011908Marvel will taper off after the next Avengers movie seals the deal with old favorites. Iron Man, Cap, Hulk, Black Widow, etc are probably all leaving for good (maybe Thor stays since Guardians was supposed to launch off the "new chapter" but dumb fuck Disney head fired the director over dumb shit so we aren't getting GoTG3 and they'll probably use Thor instead with GoTG co-featuring in his movie).
People are getting sick of them. Black Panther won big out of BLACK POWAH shit but most likely won't strike gold twice. All the other new Marvel faces haven't really been knockouts. Disney killed GoTG and that was their best shot at maintaining interest in the Marvel universe after everyone else leaves the set.
Unironically, I expect Warner Brothers to pick up the cards Disney leaves on the table. James Gunn is taking Suicide Squad 2 up and will probably bring that GoTG charm to it (considering the first one was completely trying to rip off it and failed miserably), Shazam actually is looking good, the new Joker film is....interesting in a potentially good (but still extremely risky) kind of way. They're killing their DCEU bullshit, at least partly; and they probably understand that most people don't want to deal with doing the Marvel experience again and would prefer a bunch of self contained movies with maybe a few Easter eggs at most.
Tl;Dr - expecting Marvel Studios to face huge decline in interest after they close things off in Avengers 4.
