>>22581492It's easily the best legendary to come out in the last 3 gens at very least. Instead of shoving it down your throat in the story or blocking it behind the event wall, the game expects you to go out and find Heatran by yourself, similarly to the legendary birds of gen I.
The design is a matter of taste I guess. Personally, I like Heatran.
