Okay /vp/ here's what you need to do if you want your Lvl1 Lonely (for Alternate form Hoopa (or/as build) 6x31 Cherish Ball Hoopa w/ Focus Sash.
Just grab a Luvdisc, ANY level, non or shiny and put it up on the GTS with /vp/ in your message somewhere.
Remember, if you're able to, post a picture of your Hoopa you recieve so others can relax and know it's not a ruse.
While you're at it, while on the GTS be sure to search for Hoopa if you don't believe they can be traded there.
