>>52829796while I agree with that sentiment and new york being a complete wasted opportunity, more importantly as a lifelong new yorker it frustrates me that manhattan continues to be the only thing people think of when they think of this place, when just to the north of that there's vast wilderness and mountain ranges, and to the east of it is wetlands and barrier islands with a robust boating industry
and plenty of native american stuff that can be tapped into like that bottomless lake with the ghost girl that drowns a man every year and..I think its implied she rapes him to death?
