I'm told that over the course of my journey I'll find more Elemental Orbs, Team Darkness will be meddling with us some more, and then "terrible things" that she refuses to reveal to us because it's terrible on such a grand scale. She also warns me and my friends to all start carrying six trained Pokémon with us at all times.
The Gym is probably one of the more unique ones I've seen in a hack. The Leader, a ninja named Ichirou, is hidden in the darkness and is stalking you. Even after you defeat all his trainers, you still can't find him but as you walk around you can hear and sometimes momentarily see him, and at one point he throws a shuriken at you which reduces the HP of your lead Pokémon to 1. Eventually he reveals himself and you can fight him. Ichirou uses Haunter/Misdreavus/Pupitar/Gengar/Umbreon, Gengar being at Lv. 48, I'm getting more and more underleveled and my party is only 5, I should use that Battle Simulator to grind a bit some time. Upon defeat he gives you the TM for Shadow Ball.
