None of these things serve any sort of purpose and resemble manmade features (not Togepi's shell, but that was getting more at the point of why the fuck does it carry its shell around with it, the answer being for purposes of design).
Most of these parallel the Stuffel's tag--which is physically part of Stuffel but resembles a manmade thing--much better than your examples. In fact, Elekid and Magnemite are the only relevant examples you included, as Kadabra's spoon and Mimikyu's cloth are not a part of the Pokemon.
