Jokes and mythology aside, Bui was (and depending on his mood) is an infamous flooder and shitposter on /vp/ and /v/. Bui was not your typical Troll, nor was he a typical Ogre Troll. Bui was a Force of Nature that had the staff box rushing to figure out how to prevent him from doing what he does. Many filters have been erected from his previous landmarks, many of which are still in effect today.
I was personally here for the "2 week flood" that happened here on /vp/ and I got to see his destruction first hand. It was diabolical, and wonderous to watch. The man is a technological wizard that would make Elder Trolls shed a tear of awe. He's chilled out over the years, but never, never summon him or lead your board into a state of toliterianism lest you undo the seals of the well, and the great floods happen once again at his release.
Tl;dr: Bui is the Bognadoffs of 4chan Trolls, and was a force of destruction so grand that needed the literal site admin to combat and likewise repel.
