Now, I’ll ask you to look back at PM53, the Suicune episode. At the end of the episode, theres a scene of Suicune running, with a bunch of legendary pokemon silhouettes in the background that will probably be relared to Goh. Latios is shown there, not Latias. This implies that Latias will be related to Ash in some way. I hope its M05 Latias but I understand thats pushing it.
