I'm with the people that don't think this will be too great. It may get defensive boosts, but it wastes the item slot for it. It also doesn't need an offensive boost because Foul Play does enough as it is while Sableye supports. Not to mention its niche as a prankster user would be thrown out for something Espeon can do without mega evolving.
If it could learn Trick Room, then that would make it useful. Especially in doubles. But alas, that ain't the case. It could be a trick room support Pokemon in doubles, but it would prolly be better to use an offensive mega instead like Ampharos, Blastoise, or Abomasnow.
