Regional Rotom - Ghost/Normal - These Rotom took over a storeroom of old Gameboys and decided to stay in them. They now project themselves outside of the devices taking the guise of a certain princess. Depending on what item this Rotom is holding, it can take a number of forms that, unlike it's standard form, don't change it's type, but instead change it's ability.
I opted not to use fire/ice flowers because I wanted to have the abilities change instead of it's type, mainly to keep it distinct from normal rotom.
