Assuming everyone has an equal shot at the stone, the probability of a random person getting the stone ONLY draws from the pool of people who play the game. Thus it is irrelevant how many people live in the territory; even if one territory has 50 times as many people as the other, if it has 50 times LESS players, the pool for the stone should be 50 times smaller. Or just make a fucking worldwide leaderboard and cry when japs push you out of getting the stone.

>>23562615While I don't share your opinion I can see where you're coming from. I seriously recommend you stop playing this game since because it's f2p it's only going to get worse from here. The goal of the developers is to stress people out to get them to spend money. Yes not all games have to be hard, but the model of f2p means that they will be artificially difficult.
