A minimal effort of converting the Japanese original tapes to Bluray and syncing the audio can't be done and would require them to actually put in an effort to re-dub the whole series or make the same cuts as 4kids did.
That's why we only have Indigo League part 1 on Bluray, they didn't get good enough of a return just scanning the 4kids masters
