I wanted to make a Bug/Electric type that's first form resembled Pikachu. The final evo is based off of the plumed moth - I chose it specifically to look different from the Fire and Ice moths - being long, thin and scraggly looking while the Fire and Ice moths are bulky looking and majestic.
