Alright I will give Gelato all the credit he deserves for oneshotting every one of Iris' mons and not even taking damage, Opelucid Gym usually gives me trouble so that felt great. Keep this up and maybe I will stop hating the Vanillite line.
Was going to do this update after Victory Road because nothing really happened since Brycen, but an immediate loss of our oldest member right as I walk into the route before made me change my mind. Worst feeling in a nuzlocke is losing something that's been with you the entire journey right before the E4, especially when it comes from a silly 5% miss chance you're not even thinking about. Grew really attached to the little guy after he was the only one to survive the Elesa massacre. Rest in peace lil fella, you finally join your old pals.
Since Swoobat was our only counter to fighting types, and we're already giving love to the underappreciated Unova mons (and Vanillish), Elgyem joins the party. Another pokemon I've never used before I'm interested to see what it can do. I've always liked space-themed mons.
>>57668223I'll never understand the SV design philosophy of making an open world game which still practically forces you to do things a certain order to be playable. Good luck though.
>>57667834Honestly I'm the same. Bad offensive natures especially really discourage me from using something even if it's still objectively good.
>>57666912Tend to wait until about level 30-35 unless I feel my team desperately needs a powerboost.
>>57663709Congtats man! Sad to see Vivillion didn't make it, but glad Trevenant could make short work of Gardevoir.
>>57663421Sometimes I wonder if romhack makers just don't understand balancing or if they do stuff like this on purpose (besides difficulty hacks obviously).
