>Team Horizon
>Thier goal is to enduce the evolution of all pokemon who cannot on their own, finding that pokemon who do not evolve are simply not able to reach their fullest potential, and thus are unable to compete with other pokemon, believes that by researching and pushing these pokemon to their fullest potential, they will finally evolve. They view mega-evolution as something of a halfway point, and look to find a way to make it permanent so a pokemon can reach it's true potential. They also look into pokemon who have branch evolutions to see if there are more.
>Leaders: Arror, and Sephiria, Twin brother and sister, have a bit of duality theme going on. Arror looks into how to make mega evolution permanent and is pretty quiet, but when he does open his mouth, he has very few nice things to say to anyone other than his sister, but is actually wants to do something he believes will help pokemon. and Sephiria looks into making single-stage pokemon evolve, she's very talkative and self righteous, believing hersef to be a savior to the unfortunate unevolved, but she has a temper like you wouldn't believe. They also have a Scientist named Calceir, who researches to see if any fully evolved may be missing untapped potential by exposing them to insane conditions, of the three he is the most cruel, and he wants to horde the information he gather so only he can construct a team of ultimate pokemon for himself that no one else knows how to obtain, and dominate all who stand in his way. Each of these three has a lieutenant: Vera, Parcival, and Xanel respectively.
>Grunts would use single stage pokemon, Pokemon lines who have mega evolutions, and pokemon lines who have split evolutions.
In case I didn't make it obvious, Calceir plans to betray the twins, since they aren't so evil and more freaky extremists. I think it could be great for a generation like gen 4 that introduces a lot of additions to evolutionary lines, and act like they were found by the team.
