Just like how Galar has lots of light-brown/darker-skinned trainers, it'd be easy to imagine the trainer designs of Australia would be a mix of stereotypical Australian, beach-tier guys/girls as well as characters inspired by gen 3-4 designs rather than gens 1,2 and 5-8.
