In gen3 Courtneys' dialog in Ruby is a carbon copy of Shellys' in Sapphire, meaning they both refer to their respective leader as "Boss".
In ORAS she mostly calls Maxie by his German name, "Marc". Sometimes she'll call him "Anführer" (= Leader), too. Both Marc and Anführer are used by her in Generations as well.
All that's left is the Pokemon ORAS manga special...which I don't own and can't find any German scans of. Although since googling "Führer Marc" (+ pokemon, manga or Jördis (her German name)) doesn't show anyone else mentioning this in some way, shape or form, I'd say it's safe to assume that doesn't happen in the manga, either.
Did you get confused by the word "Anführer", maybe? Or am I wrong about the manga special after all and it's gonna give me some good lulz when I catch up to it eventually?
