It has no excuse to lose Torracat's Speed, especially when the pretty small in comparison Attack boost doesn't compensate for it, and its level up movepool is garbage. The only moves worth learning are Fire Fang Darkest Lariat. It also learns Flamethrower, but its SpA is pretty awful. My Incineroar honestly still had Scratch and Leer when I was up against the E4.
It's unfortunate because it's such a cool design.
