>>24855975That's not really tactile at all, take a look at this Super Nintendo controller for example. Notice that the buttons are raised above the rest of the controller, you can feel where your fingers are on the controller relative to the buttons without looking at it. The buttons on a phone emulator aren't tactile, there's no difference in feel between individual parts of the screen and without looking at the buttons you don't know where your fingers are on the controller.
tl;dr, you can feel the buttons on a controller purely by touch but you can't do the same for a touchscreen phone emulator
