Specifically the one that mentions multiple giants being the product of the cosmic egg shell is the only one that actually got put into the final lore of the game and is the actual missing lore that connects the Flame/Earth plate.
All the others have no basis in what we see in the final game. Regigigas is shown multiple times to be connected to the plates in the latest game along with the regis entire theme being around giants.

But the game directly reflects one specific origin story, and that origin story in tandem with how Regigigas is in Arceus Legends (which them expanding on these original myths from gen 4) shows that he is one of those giants, defeated, cursed, and holding his own plate as the normal type giant.
