A Mandibuzz can lay eggs with a vullaby or a rufflet
This is a good solution and could even be used to add exclusive movements or other features in this way. For example new abilities: a Tauros with sap sipper or a Miltank with anger point
They could also add a male counterpart for some female lines like Florges, I think a gnome king would be a good match for the fairy queen.
