Is catch rate decreased once it starts to get late? It feels like if I catch stuff at 10 pm and later, everything breaks out despite excellent curveballs. But during the day I have no problem catching things in a Pokeball. Not sure if it'd be something they implemented to discourage kiddos from playing late.
