Mega Abomasnow dealt with Mega Swampert just fine, but it used Rain Dance to undo Hail, which was the first step in Brendan's master plan
Breloom came in, so I switched to Golurk to null Close Combat, then I switched to Swellow, thinking, oh, it can take a Bullet Seed, right?
It could... if said Bullet Seed didn't hit five fucking times, it was that strong
The rain was still up, so Cinderace's Pyro Ball couldn't knock Breloom out in one hit either, and it paid the price
I panicked, and even though Ferrothorn was supposed to be able to deal with Mimikyu, it just couldn't
So now I have Protect, and I don't think anyone I lost was going to play a role against Winona, but... man, I played very, very sloppily
I let the Captain down and brought two sailors overboard with it
