The way I figure it is everyone will be bringing articunos to sky battles for the electric types. So there will be lots of Articunos which is strong to it and can hit them with ice attacks for good damage so I thought perhaps Rock Slide will hit those nasty Articunos for 4x SE and it's faster so it's good against Articuno right?
