Okay so posting this once again.
Finalized Dex Order.
If you are going to compare use the maps here:
http://capx.wikia.com/wiki/UrobosRemember that this isn't the exact order you will be seeing all these Pokemon. Also that because something is in the beginning of the Dex that doesn't mean you won't see it later on in game. For example, The Mushroom Pokemon. Was talking to quite a few people and decided that it would be able to be found in the early forest area, but as very rare. And as you go throughout the region it can be found in caves and other areas more often and even maybe finding one or more evo's in some place.
A few more things to bring up:
Boar and Turtles will be found around the Observatory along with Atoms and Squink line, that is why they are grouped there. Although you might not be able to access that area right off the bat, it will still be up for discussion.
Think while going through the region of NW->NE->SE->SW->NW.
This will help with organization purposes and when Pawter creates demos they will be able to have a set order when adding new Pokemon to them. Also will be able to organize the Pokedex wiki page, and my Dropbox to be able to find things much easier.
