Here's a ice/flying snowy owl line I'm working on. I'm still figuring stuff out, but I'm already really happy with the evolution, barring some possible color changes or maybe adding a pattern on the wings. First stage is very much wip. I just need to make sure it's cute while not resembling existing pokemon like Rowlet or Hoothoot too much.
