I say F R E E double attack, on top of STAB Flare Blitz, an actual powerful physical Ghost STAB and WoW. You can't burn it, you can't paralyze it through most methods, and good luck stalling it with Toxic when it hits like a truck and laughs at your Substitute with Bonemerang.
