also electric/fighting could be some kind of boxer that fights by zapping people with its fists, maybe they have wires attached to them
ghost/dragon seems pretty easy, just make a skeleton dragon with a purple/black color theme, maybe it's a skeleton possessed by a ghost or maybe the dragon itself is undead and has come back to life because it wasn't killed properly or something
ice/dragon also seems easy, just make a grey/light blue colored wyvern that breathes frost breath instead of fire, maybe it lives in/above mountains and attacks those that get too close
