Her Typing is psychic/dragon, her movepool is beyond belief, her stats are barely on the chart, and her strong defensive rolls in combat make for a devastating pokémon in the games.
Lorewise she's cute, relatively outgoing and can change her appearance to resemble other pokémon and people, plus she's intelligent, which is always a big plus for me.
Her design is streamlined, and has an elegant feel to it; while maintaining a level of badassness to contrast against the all-cute and all-badass pokémon designs. Her white-and-red colour-scheme do a great service to emphasise her speed and power.
